How to lose belly fat

Why do you want to lose belly fat? Is it because Instagram told you so? Or because you are being made fun of at home? Are you laughing now? Good. Because the why is what’s going to make you do the hard work. If your why is not clear to you then you won’t do the work.


If your kid doesn’t understand why you’re frustrated with the kid then the kid doesn’t know how to do the work to make you feel happy & the kid struggles & you struggle. No one has a clear. Understanding of the WHY!


Write your why!


Now you need a How to the why.


How:


Build muscle by eating 1 gram of protein per current body weight. Example: 150 pounds today x 1= 150 grams.


If that’s hard than how many can you do? Next day try do a little more & more.


Lift weights to build muscle by lifting a dumbbell that feels kind of heavy & work your way to the point where that dumbbell eventually feels light & you will need to increase.


Thats it!


Nutrition is 80% of the hard work. Chicken is nutritious & chicken sausage is processed. They are not the same but they are both protein & they are both food. So it can be confusing.


Bread is a carb & potato chips is a carb & broccoli is a carb. Low carb is confusing when healthy carbs are still carbs.


Fat like avocado is healthy & bacon is also fat but not like avocado. Both are fat. Both are food. Both are high in calorie & they are still not the same.


Learning is a curve ball. Reading everyday and practicing what you read is also required.


To do all is overwhelming. To do none is frustrating.


Pick something & domt stop that thing until it feels easy. If it’s easy today then the entire world would be doing it.
